Privacy Policy

ExpoLead Tracker ("the App", "we", "us") is a lead-management platform used by exhibitors, their organizations, and sales teams to capture and manage leads collected at exhibitions and expos. This policy explains what data the App collects, why, and how it is handled.

1. Who this applies to

The App has three kinds of users: Super Admins (platform operators), Organization Admins (a company using the platform), and Sales Persons (staff who capture leads on the show floor). It also has a public, no-account "Enquiry" form for people who want to be contacted about the platform itself.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect precise or approximate location data.

3. How data is stored and processed

Data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore, Firebase Storage, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics). Firebase applies its own security and encryption controls; see Firebase's privacy documentation. We do not sell your data, and we do not share lead or account data with third parties except the infrastructure providers above needed to run the App.

4. Data access & retention

• Sales persons can see leads assigned to them or their organization.
• Organization Admins can see their organization's data.
• Super Admins can see platform-wide data for support and operation of the service.
• Data is retained for as long as your account/organization is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (below).

5. Your choices

• Camera and microphone access are only requested when you use a feature that needs them, and you can decline — those specific features simply won't work without it.
• You can turn off notifications from your device's system settings.
• You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time (contact below); some records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes (e.g. billing records).

6. Children's privacy

The App is a business tool intended for adult professional use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
